The towns we cover

Harrogate and its surrounding villages, Knaresborough and Nidderdale are the main patches, and there is a page for each of the main towns: Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon, Boroughbridge, Wetherby, Killinghall, Pateley Bridge, Summerbridge and Dacre Banks, and Hampsthwaite and Birstwith.

The villages in between are covered from the same rounds, and the full list is on the areas we cover page. If your village is not named anywhere, ring and ask rather than assuming. We will give you a straight answer.

What happens after you get in touch

We come and look. Gardens and trees are hard to price accurately from a photograph, so a quote starts with a visit, which is free and carries no obligation. You get a price for the work in front of us, and we will say plainly if a job would be better done in a different season.

If the tree is protected by a Tree Preservation Order or stands in a conservation area, we will tell you at that visit and give you guidance on what the council needs, but the notice or the application is yours to send in.
